Cutting and care

  • Cut with scissors along the seal lines between cells, staying in the middle of the seam so no cell is punctured.
  • Freeze cut pieces overnight, flat or loosely rolled.
  • Wipe or hand-wash with warm water and mild dish soap, dry, and refreeze to reuse.
  • Inspect for punctures and set aside any piece with a damaged cell.
