FluxCold Reusable Ice Packs for Coolers - 12" x 17" Extra Large Cooling Sheets (4 Pack)

$24.99

FluxCold reusable ice packs meet applicable US safety requirements for consumer and commercial cold chain packaging. Every product line, from our flexible ice sheets to our multi-pack cooling sheets, goes through the same quality control process, so performance stays consistent from shipment to shipment and cooler to cooler.

Safety documentation matters, especially if you're using our reusable ice sheets for food service, shipping, or business cold chain applications. Certification and test documentation are available on request. Send our team your product name and pack size, and we'll send the relevant paperwork directly to you.

Sustainability isn't an afterthought for FluxCold ice sheets. Our reusable ice packs use recyclable film components built to withstand hundreds of freeze-thaw cycles without cracking or leaking, so you get years of use instead of a pack that wears out after a season.

That's the point of our reuse-first approach to cold chain packaging: rather than manufacturing more single-use plastic ice packs, we design for durability and recyclability at the material level. Whether you're packing a shipping box, a cooler, or a catering setup, you're choosing a lower-waste alternative to foam and gel ice packs.

A single FluxCold sheet can replace dozens of disposable ice packs over its working life. Instead of tossing a rigid gel pack after one trip, our flexible, leak-resistant ice sheets are built to be refrozen and reused, shipment after shipment, season after season.

For businesses shipping temperature-sensitive products, that means fewer reorders and a more predictable cold chain. For everyday coolers, camping trips, and lunch bags, it means less plastic in landfills and consistent cold retention without buying new ice packs every summer.

Four reusable ice sheets that stay bendable when frozen. A practical set for regular perishable shipments, with spares for first aid and lunch boxes.

Made for

  • Shipping perishables: Line the inside of an insulated box or wrap sheets directly around meat, seafood, meal kits, or produce. The cells lie flat against the load, so there are fewer warm gaps than with bulky blocks, and nothing turns to loose meltwater.
  • First aid and cold therapy: Because the sheet bends while frozen, it wraps around a knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder, or back. Always place a thin cloth between the sheet and skin, and follow your healthcare provider's advice for cold therapy. Strap not included.
  • Lunch boxes: Fold or cut a section to fit a lunch bag or bento box and keep sandwiches, fruit, and drinks cool until lunchtime.

Also handy in coolers for camping, fishing, tailgating, beach days, and road trips.

Specs

  • Size: 12 x 17 in per sheet
  • 48 individually sealed cells per sheet (4 across x 12 down)
  • Weight: about 1 lb per sheet
  • Cells are filled with water
  • Food-safe, non-toxic, and BPA-free
  • Stays flexible when frozen, so it bends around boxes, containers, and joints
  • Cut-to-fit: cut between cells along the seams to make smaller pieces
  • Freeze overnight before use; helps keep food and drinks cold in coolers, shippers, and lunch bags

Packing tip

For a standard insulated shipper, place sheets on the bottom, top, and two long sides of the product. Pre-chill the box contents where possible.

Care and reuse

  • Freeze overnight, flat or loosely rolled; once frozen it can be bent and shaped.
  • Need a smaller piece? Cut with scissors along the seal lines between cells, staying in the middle of the seam so no cell is punctured. Set aside any piece with a damaged cell.
  • After use, wipe or hand-wash with warm water and mild dish soap, dry, and return to the freezer.
  • Check for punctures before each use and retire any sheet with a damaged cell.
  • Refreeze and reuse with normal care.

What's in the pack

  • 4 FluxCold flexible ice sheets, 12 x 17 in, 48 cells each (192 cells total)
